What counts as a team member?
Anyone at your company with their own login: owners, office staff, sales, dispatchers, warehouse staff and techs. Contractor logins are free and do not count.
What is a location?
A branch or brand you operate. Each location has its own customers, stock, trucks and branding, and your team can work across the locations you give them access to.
What happens when my trial ends?
Add a payment method before day 14 and everything keeps running. If you do not, your workspace is paused and you are never charged. Add a card later to pick up where you left off.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the billing page inside the app at any time. Changes are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the period.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing costs the same as ten months of monthly billing, so you get two months free. You can switch from the billing page.
How do I cancel?
