Questions owners ask before they switch.

How does the free trial work?

Pick a plan and use FilterHub Pro with your real customers and routes for 14 days. No credit card is needed to start. Add a payment method before the trial ends to keep going. If you do not, your workspace is paused and you are never charged.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can change plans or cancel from the billing page inside the app, with no cancellation fees and no phone call required. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Can I export my data?

Yes, your data belongs to you. Time clock records and accounting files export to CSV from inside the app, and you can ask support@filterhubpro.com for a full export of your company's records at any time, including when you leave.

Is my company's data kept separate from other companies?

Yes. Every company gets its own workspace, and isolation is enforced inside the database with row-level security, not just hidden in the screens. Your customers, pricing and routes are never visible to another company using FilterHub Pro.

Can I bring my existing customer list?

Yes. Download a CSV template, fill it from your current spreadsheets or software, upload it and review a preview before anything is saved. Templates cover your filter catalog, customer accounts, building locations and contacts.

Bulk CSV import is included on Pro and Scale, and Scale adds guided data migration. On every plan you can also add records one at a time.

Does it work on iPad and phones?

Yes. FilterHub Pro runs in the browser on desktops, laptops, iPads, Android tablets and phones, with nothing to install. Techs can add the app to their home screen, and job updates made with weak signal are saved on the device and sync when the connection returns.

Does it sync with my accounting software?

FilterHub Pro includes Sage accounting sync on Pro and Scale. Customers, vendors, items, invoices and purchase orders export as files Sage can import, and payment exports come back in to mark invoices paid.

On every plan, invoices can include Stripe payment links so customers pay by card. Using different accounting software? Email sales@filterhubpro.com and tell us what you run.

Do contractor logins count toward my team members?

No. Contractor logins are free on every plan and never count toward your team member limit.
